If your passport application is rejected by the government due to an error that our review process should have caught, we will provide a full refund of our $90 service fee and help you correct the application at no additional charge.

Qualifying Conditions:

  • Application was rejected due to a completeness or accuracy error
  • The error was within the scope of our review service
  • You followed our submission instructions exactly
  • Rejection notice clearly indicates the specific error
  • Claim is made within 90 days of application submission

Service Costs and Administrative Fees

Service Fee: $90.00 USD

Charged per applicant and includes complete application review, error checking, document verification, submission guidance, and customer support.

Administrative Fee: $40.00

In cases of payment disputes or chargebacks, an administrative fee of $40 is retained to cover processing costs and administrative expenses incurred.

Government Fees: Our service fee is separate from government passport fees ($100-$165) which you pay directly to the State Department. Government fees are non-refundable and not covered by our refund policy.

Refund Exclusions
Situations where refunds are not available

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Application rejected due to government policy changes after our review
  • Rejection due to issues outside our review scope (e.g., background checks, security concerns)
  • Failure to follow our submission instructions
  • Submission to incorrect or unauthorized facilities
  • Changes in personal circumstances after application submission
  • Government processing delays or backlogs
  • Customer change of mind after service delivery

Important: We cannot guarantee passport approval by the government. Our service reviews applications for completeness and compliance with published requirements only.
