If your passport application is rejected by the government due to an error that our review process should have caught, we will provide a full refund of our $90 service fee and help you correct the application at no additional charge.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Important: All refund requests must be made via email to info@turbopassport.us. Phone requests cannot be processed for security reasons.
We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Charged per applicant and includes complete application review, error checking, document verification, submission guidance, and customer support.
In cases of payment disputes or chargebacks, an administrative fee of $40 is retained to cover processing costs and administrative expenses incurred.
Government Fees: Our service fee is separate from government passport fees ($100-$165) which you pay directly to the State Department. Government fees are non-refundable and not covered by our refund policy.
